Job Title: Junior Finance Business Partner
Location: Central London (1–2 days office-based, hybrid remote working)
Industry: Global Workplace & Facilities Management Provider
Employment Type: Full-tim/ Contract/Temp to Perm 
Qualification: Part-Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

Ideally, the candidates will be available to start at short notice in the next couple of weeks. 

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Finance Business Partner to join our finance team at a global leader in workplace and facilities management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile client accounts, supporting key decision-making and financial planning activities.
You will be responsible for supporting two key account portfolios, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified, with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals including debits and credits, and have excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end processes for two major client accounts
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with account managers, operational teams, and external stakeholders to understand cost drivers and financial performance
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and reforecasts
  • Track actuals vs forecasts and investigate variances
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure financial controls and governance are adhered to
  • Maintain and reconcile financial data with a focus on continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of debits, credits, and accounting principles
  • Demonstrated experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and month-end close
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment is desirable
