About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our finance team, supporting two major account portfolios for a global leader in workplace and facilities management services.
In this pivotal role, you will provide financial insight and strategic support to both operational and commercial teams. You will drive performance through high-quality reporting, forecasting, and business partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
The role is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week in our Central London office and the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Business partner with account leads and operational managers across two key client portfolios
- Lead month-end processes, including journal posting, accruals, and variance analysis
- Own and deliver accurate cost reporting and forecasting cycles
- Provide actionable insights to drive financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in line with contract requirements
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and adherence to internal controls
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including client finance teams and auditors
- Support continuous improvement across reporting processes and financial systems
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong technical finance knowledge with a deep understanding of debits and credits
- Proven experience in month-end reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in facilities management, outsourcing, or service-based industries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
