Working across London and the surrounding Home Counties, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
- Project management and contract administration
- Feasibility studies and design coordination
- Maintenance planning and refurbishment advice
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all stages of delivery
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (support provided)
- Proven experience across both professional and project-based building surveying
- Strong technical knowledge with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Experience working within the commercial, industrial, or residential sectors
