We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager (MEP Lead) to oversee the design coordination, delivery, and commissioning of all building services on this exciting development.

The Role
As the MEP Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with the project team, design consultants, and subcontractors, you’ll ensure that all building services are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and coordinating all MEP activities across site
  • Leading design reviews, technical submittals, and coordination meetings
  • Overseeing subcontractor performance, programme, and quality
  • Managing cost control and procurement for MEP packages
  • Ensuring compliance with building regs, sustainability targets, and client specifications
  • Working alongside the Project Manager and Design Manager to ensure seamless integration of services within the build
About You
You’ll have a proven track record in MEP management on large-scale residential, PBSA, or mixed-use projects. You’re proactive, detail-driven, and confident managing both mechanical and electrical disciplines through all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
