Electrical Construction Manager
MEP Contracting (Building Services)
Central London & Surrounding Areas
A well-established M&E contractor with a £70M turnover, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical services across the commercial, residential, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors, is seeking experienced Electrical Construction Managers to support ongoing and upcoming projects in London and High Wycombe.
They currently have a £12m education project in High Wycombe, which has around 10 months remaining, as well as a £7m commercial project in Marylebone, currently at pre-construction stage and managed from their HQ in London Kings Cross.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the electrical delivery across major projects, ensuring quality, programme, and budget control from pre-construction through to handover. This role involves managing site teams, coordinating with main contractors and consultants, and overseeing all electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, containment, and fire alarm installations.
