We are supporting the establishment of a landmark confidential project in Riyadh and are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – PMO to play a central role within the corporate function.

The Role
As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office, ensuring that programmes and projects are governed, tracked, and delivered to the highest standards. You will develop and maintain project frameworks, monitor performance, and provide strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the PMO framework, tools, and processes.
• Oversee project governance, performance reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment of programmes with strategic priorities.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, driving solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.

The Candidate
We are looking for a senior PMO professional with:

• Proven experience in PMO leadership within complex, large-scale organisations.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is desirable but not essential.
