We are partnering with a leading hospitality real estate developer and operator in Riyadh to appoint an experienced Finance Director. This is a pivotal leadership role, central to the growth and success of a dynamic business shaping the region’s hospitality landscape.

The Role
As Finance Director, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the finance function, ensuring sound financial management across both development and operational activities. You will oversee financial planning, controls, reporting, and investment analysis, while working closely with the executive team to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across development, operations, and asset management.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with the leadership team on investment strategies, capital structuring, and commercial decision-making.
• Provide financial insight to optimise performance across hospitality assets and projects.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

The Candidate
We are seeking a senior finance leader with:

• Proven experience in hospitality real estate development and operations (essential).
• Strong financial control, corporate finance, and strategic planning expertise.
• Track record of delivering financial leadership in complex, multi-asset organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in the Middle East is desirable but not essential.
