We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading international consultancy in Riyadh. This role will act as the key point of contact for employees across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring a consistent, high-quality HR experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading international consultancy in Riyadh. This role will act as the key point of contact for employees across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring a consistent, high-quality HR experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees on HR queries, including policies, benefits, and other employment-related matters.
- Supporting the implementation of wellbeing and engagement strategies across KSA.
- Preparing reports, presentations, communications, and data summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Supporting and guiding line managers on HR processes and policies.
- Leading the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring alignment across departments and a best-in-class employee experience.
- Partnering with managers to identify learning and development needs and supporting delivery of initiatives.
- Supporting the performance management cycle, including annual reviews and ongoing feedback processes.
- A relevant degree in human resources or a related discipline; professional HR certification or chartered status will be an advantage.
- Digitally savvy, with knowledge of Oracle or similar HR systems preferred.
- Strong track record as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally gained in large, complex organisations.
- Sound knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour laws.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to support dynamic and motivated teams.
- Experience working with international businesses or consultancies will be highly regarded.
