Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial and cost management strategy across the programme.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, change management, and claims resolution.
- Establish and maintain systems for financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Advise senior stakeholders on commercial risk, value optimisation, and best practice.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing commercial and cost management teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and client governance frameworks.
We are seeking a senior commercial leader with:
- Significant experience as a Commercial Director / Cost Director within major consultancies.
- Proven track record on large-scale, complex programmes, ideally within the Middle East.
- Strong expertise in commercial management, contracts, procurement, and cost planning.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
