A leading Tier 1 MEP contractor is seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark 10MW data centre – the first of four planned on a newly established hyperscale campus.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-value, technically complex new-build project from pre-construction through to completion (end of 2026). You’ll work closely with a well-established main contractor and one of the UK’s most respected end clients in the mission-critical space.
 
The Role:

• Lead full lifecycle MEP delivery of a new build 10MW data centre
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of project managers and engineers
• Act as the key point of contact between the MEP contractor, main contractor, and client team
• Oversee programme, commercial, health & safety, and quality objectives
• Drive progress across procurement, coordination, commissioning, and handover phases

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong technical background across mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Tier 1 MEP contractor experience essential
• Able to lead large teams and interface with stakeholders at the highest level
• Comfortable managing fast-track, high-value construction environments
