Location: Flexible – London or (Kent) offices, hybrid 2 days/week
Day Rate: Circa £450 via limited company + travel expenses (subject to IR35 assessment)

A fast-growing specialist contractor that predominantly works on data centre and mixed-use commercial projects in the UK and Europe is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on an initial 4-month contract. The business delivers complete design, planning, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Duties:

• Manage applications and variations.
• Estimating and procurement of materials and services.
• Liaise closely with technical engineers.
• Ensure budgets, contracts, and project profitability are monitored and maintained.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong MEP commercial experience, ideally within data centre, fit-out, refurbishment, or large-scale construction projects.
• Confidence managing multiple projects, budgets, and contract types.
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
