Contracts Manager
Location: Co. Wexford
Salary: up to €90,000 + Company Car + Accommodation (if required)
We are currently hiring a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple scaffolding projects on behalf of a leading contractor with a strong reputation for safety, quality, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
The Contracts Manager will report directly to senior management and work closely with estimating, design, and site teams, as well as external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of multiple scaffolding contracts across commercial and residential projects.
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, ensuring effective resourcing, scheduling, and performance.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with safety, programme, and financial targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the commercial team on variations, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational delivery and project outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and foremen in their professional development.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, progress reviews, and commercial discussions.
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience in managing scaffolding, temporary works, or similar subcontract packages.
  • Strong understanding of contract delivery, commercial management, and construction processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clients, site operatives, and stakeholders.
