Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Tier 1 MEP Contractor
Central London – 1 day hybrid working per week
We’re seeking an experienced Senior MEP Planner to lead the planning function on major building services projects across the UK. You’ll play a key role in developing, monitoring, and managing programmes for complex mechanical, electrical, and public health installations within large-scale construction schemes.

Tier 1 MEP Contractor
Central London – 1 day hybrid working per week
We’re seeking an experienced Senior MEP Planner to lead the planning function on major building services projects across the UK. You’ll play a key role in developing, monitoring, and managing programmes for complex mechanical, electrical, and public health installations within large-scale construction schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop fully integrated MEP programmes using industry-standard planning software.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Produce progress updates, phasing plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential delays, risks, and resourcing challenges.
- Support bid and pre-construction teams with tender planning and methodologies.
- Lead planning meetings and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Analyse project performance and report on programme health and productivity.
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record as a Planner within the MEP or building services sector.
- Strong knowledge of complex commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage planning activity across multiple workstreams.
- Degree or trade background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (preferred).
