M&E Project Manager
Circa £75k + Package
An MEP subcontractor has been awarded some asset replacement and terminal upgrade project work at Heathrow Airport as part of the H7 Framework. They are looking to take on an MEP Project Manager with experience running NEC projects to work closely with the client and principal contractor to ensure timely delivery of the building services packages.
The initial projects are part of a series of similar schemes due to close out in 2027/28, so there will be ongoing wok for the successful M&E Project Manager for several years.
You will be leading a team of engineers and managers through the pre-con phase, looking after the design management, procurement and selling off of specialist subcontract packages.
Previous Heathrow experience desirable but not essential. Major projects and NEC contract experience essential.
