This is a specialist design-led business delivering architectural metalwork and glazing solutions across complex, high-performance projects. Their work combines engineering expertise with architectural craftsmanship, covering everything from bespoke steel and aluminium assemblies to precision glazing systems. With a focus on detail, innovation, and quality, they take projects from concept through to installation.
The team is sociable, supportive, and ambitious, collectively working together towards an exciting growth plan to increase turnover by a third within the next few years. What You’ll Do

• Measure, price, and produce take-offs and bills of quantities
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Visit sites for measurements and surveys
• Support tenders and value engineering

Who You Are

• Must have Metalwork AND/OR architectural glazing experience.
• 1-5 years’ experience in either an Estimating, Design, Commercial or Construction capacity.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious! Someone who is going to make this their own!
• Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Able to produce accurate take-offs and bills of quantities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable getting out on site! The best way to learn!
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
