The Role
- You will support senior surveyors and partners across the full spectrum of building surveying instructions, including:
- Dilapidations and technical due diligence
- Building surveys and condition assessments
- Contract administration and project management (typically CAT A and CAT B office refurbishments)
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Party wall and neighbourly matters
About You
- RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree (BSc or MSc)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, professional approach with an eye for detail
- Interest in commercial property and client engagement
- Commitment to achieving MRICS status (full APC support provided)
- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Full APC training and mentorship
- Regular CPD sessions and internal workshops
- Clear progression routes to Chartered status and beyond
- Hybrid working and modern West End offices
- Professional membership fees paid once MRICS
