Job description
Engineering Lead (MEP) - Tier One Main Contractor
Central London
£110,000 – £125,000
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Lead to join a Tier One Main Contractor delivering complex, high-profile projects in Central London. This senior role plays a key part across the full project lifecycle, from early engagement and tender stages through to design development, delivery support and post-completion resolution of engineering matters.
The Engineering Lead position is designed to flex in line with business and project requirements. The role supports early-stage work winning activities, including design reviews, technical input into tenders and value engineering, as well as pre-construction services agreements (PCSA). Responsibilities may also extend into live project support where ongoing design coordination and engineering expertise are required, along with aftercare input to resolve technical or design-related issues following completion.
This is a non-operational role, focused on providing technical leadership rather than day-to-day site delivery. The Engineering Lead will oversee the engineering development of building services packages from tender through to commissioning, ensuring quality, coordination and buildability at every stage.
