Matt began his recruitment career in 2021 as a Permanent Consultant within the Structural Engineering sector. After gaining a year and a half of valuable experience, he transitioned to specialise in MEP Design, focusing exclusively on the contract space. During this time, Matt honed his expertise by collaborating closely with design consultancies and contractors, building a deep understanding of industry requirements. At People Group, Matt leverages his diverse background to support our MEP Design desk, managing both permanent and contract vacancies. His comprehensive knowledge of the sector enables us to deliver tailored recruitment solutions, matching top talent with leading firms across the UK.
