Matt began his recruitment career in 2021 as a Permanent Consultant within the Structural Engineering sector, where he developed a strong foundation in technical recruitment. After 18 months, he transitioned into MEP Design, specialising exclusively in the contract market.
During this time, Matt worked closely with design consultancies and contractors, building a detailed understanding of project demands, skill requirements and market dynamics within the MEP space.
At People Group, Matt draws on this diverse background to support our MEP Design desk, managing both permanent and contract appointments. His broad sector knowledge and consultative approach enable him to deliver tailored recruitment solutions, consistently connecting top-tier talent with leading firms across the UK.
