Job description

My client is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to work with a leading residential developer on sites across London. You will be overseeing the delivery and coordination of utility connections across multiple high-rise residential projects. 

The successful Utilities Project Manager will be responsible for:-
  • Liaising with key utility providers such as UKPN, Thames Water, BT Openreach, and others to ensure timely and accurate service connections.
  • Coordinating and managing the installation of utilities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for utility-related issues across all live and upcoming sites in London.
  • Working closely with internal teams including construction, design, and planning to ensure utility strategies align with project goals.
  • Traveling regularly between sites – flexibility and willingness to be mobile across London is essential.

To be considered for this Utilities Project Manager role, you must have:-
  • Strong working knowledge of UK utility providers, particularly UK Power Networks (UKPN) and Thames Water.
  • Proven experience managing utility installations on large-scale residential developments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This Utilities Project Manager position is being offered on a permanent basis paying £90k-£100k + Package.
