Job description
We are working with a Tier 1 residential developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator on a permanent basis to support the delivery of a high-quality new build residential scheme in Bath (BA1).
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established technical team and work on a flagship development for a well-respected, market-leading business.
The Role
Working closely alongside the wider technical team, you will play a key role in coordinating design information and ensuring the smooth technical delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion.
You will act as a central point of contact between consultants, internal departments and the site team, ensuring information is issued accurately, on time and in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage design information across all disciplines
- Support the Technical Manager and wider technical team on the project
- Review drawings, specifications and technical details
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC and planning conditions
- Assist with the discharge of planning conditions and statutory approvals
- Respond to technical queries from construction and commercial teams
- Attend design, coordination, and project meetings
About You
- Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Manager
- Background working on new build residential projects
- Experience working for a residential developer or main contractor
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills
