The role will involve working on a range of high-quality residential developments across Central London.
The company has firmly established itself as a leading name within the building services sector and is recognised as one of the largest independent M&E contractors in the industry.
You will be part of a large and experienced project team, with strong support both upstream and downstream—something the business takes great pride in.

Package:
- £65,000 – £70,000 annual salary (permanent)
- £340 – £350 per day (CIS)
- 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project operations.
- Develop work programmes, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure all installations comply with design specifications, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project costs, approve variations, and collaborate with commercial teams on financial matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges, delays, and on-site issues efficiently.
