Job description

My client, a leading construction company with a strong pipeline of traditional build residential developments across Oxfordshire, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team.

The successful Technical Coordinator will play a key role in the delivery of residential projects, overseeing all technical aspects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be working closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for:-
  • Coordinating technical information between consultants, site, and commercial teams
  • Managing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
  • Monitoring planning conditions and ensuring compliance
  • Liaising with local authorities and statutory bodies
  • Attending design team and site meetings, providing technical input and solutions
  • Supporting the project team through design development and construction phases
To be considered for this Technical Coordinator role, you must have:-
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within traditional build residential schemes
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standards
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Relevant construction or technical qualification (degree etc.) preferred

This Technical Coordinator position is being offered on a permanent basis paying £40k-£55k + Package.
