Surrey | 12-Year Multi-Phase Residential Scheme
Up to £65,000 + Package | Permanent Role



Are you an experienced Technical Coordinator looking to work on a long-term, flagship development? A leading Tier 1 residential developer is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join their technical team on a 12-year, multi-phase scheme in Surrey.

The Role As Technical Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the design and technical process from planning through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating architectural and engineering designs
  • Managing technical approvals and planning conditions
  • Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and utility providers
  • Supporting site teams with timely and accurate technical information
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards


About You
  • Experience in a Technical Coordinator role for a housebuilder or main contractor
  • Strong knowledge of residential design and UK building regulations
  • Ability to manage consultants and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and document control systems (e.g., Viewpoint/Asite)
