Up to £75,000 + Excellent Package | Permanent Role

The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of the commercial delivery team, responsible for managing costs and contracts across various phases of the development. Your duties will include:
- Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations
- Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control
- Supporting contract negotiations and managing variations
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior commercial leadership
- Working collaboratively with design, technical, and site teams
About You
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a developer or main contractor
- Background in residential projects (RC frame and/or traditional build desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction regulations
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
