Job description
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on an £800k residential refurbishment and extension in Hertfordshire.
The site is small and logistically challenging. The successful Site Manager will be the sole manager on site with a visiting Contracts Director. The project is comprised of an extension to the side of the property as well as general internal refurbishment.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. Experience working on single dwellings is preferred but not essential as long as you have worked on residential projects previously.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis until the end of October paying up to £280 per day via CIS.
