Job Title: Site Agent – Major Highways Project

Overview:
A Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major highways project in South Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in early on a significant scheme, with over 3 years of work secured. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers and subcontractors on-site
• Oversee highways, drainage, and earthworks packages
• Manage works packages valued at approximately £20m
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Liaise with stakeholders and support project reporting requirements

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways projects
• Strong knowledge of drainage and earthworks
• Experience managing packages of £20m or more
• Experience leading small teams of engineers and subcontractors
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
