Are you a seasoned Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a leading residential developer?



A top-tier residential developer is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major phase of an ambitious multi-phase scheme in Guildford, consisting of 477 mixed-use units.



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Tier 1 housebuilder on a permanent basis, with a strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression.



The Role:



You’ll be fully responsible for the management and delivery of one full phase of the development, ensuring high standards of quality, programme, budget, and safety. Reporting directly to the Production Director, you’ll lead on-site teams and liaise closely with design, commercial, and technical departments.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of the construction phase delivery
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Monitor progress against programme and budget
  • Report directly into the Production Director
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders


Requirements:


  • Proven track record delivering large-scale residential developments (ideally with a Tier 1 developer or main contractor)
  • Experience managing multi-unit schemes (ideally 200+ units)
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standards
