Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, managing engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
- Lead programme, resource, and cost management to ensure efficient delivery.
- Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards across the project.
- Act as the key interface with the client, stakeholders, and supply chain.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
- Report progress to senior management and ensure alignment with contractual and commercial objectives.
- Strong background in highways or major infrastructure delivery.
- Experience in a Senior Agent or Project Manager role with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant qualifications.
- Ability to manage large teams and complex programmes effectively.
- Choice of permanent employment with full benefits or freelance contract.
