A well-established M&E contractor with a turnover of £70M, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical services across commercial, residential, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a high-profile commercial refurbishment project in London.
The Role As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the mechanical package on a major commercial refurbishment project. You will oversee the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and time line adherence while leading site teams and liaising with stakeholders.

You will oversee the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and time line adherence while leading site teams and liaising with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical installation on a commercial refurb project, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Oversee HVAC, pipework, ductwork, and plant room installations, ensuring compliance with design and regulations.
- Work closely with the Project Director and other senior stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments, quality control checks, and health & safety procedures on-site.
- Manage project documentation, procurement schedules, and client reporting.
- Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
