Senior Manager – Performance & Strategy Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning data into action?
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Performance & Strategy to play a pivotal role in driving organizational performance, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement across high-impact projects.

About the Role As the Senior Manager – Performance & Strategy, you’ll help shape the organization’s direction by developing and managing performance frameworks, analyzing data and trends, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
This role requires a balance of analytical excellence, strategic vision, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data collection, performance monitoring, and strategic reporting across departments.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Analyze project and market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Consolidate strategic, performance, and market data into executive-level reports and presentations.
Key Stakeholders This role partners closely with:
  • Executive Management and Department Heads
  • Investment and Business Development Teams
  • Project Management Office (PMO)
  • External Consultants and Regulatory Authorities
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, LSS, ASQ, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategy and performance management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
