Key Responsibilities
- Lead data collection, performance monitoring, and strategic reporting across departments.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Analyze project and market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Consolidate strategic, performance, and market data into executive-level reports and presentations.
- Executive Management and Department Heads
- Investment and Business Development Teams
- Project Management Office (PMO)
- External Consultants and Regulatory Authorities
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, LSS, ASQ, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategy and performance management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
