We are seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to join the talented team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex projects from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards in design, functionality, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the healthcare and commercial sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee project planning, risk management, budgets, and timelines
- Guide and mentor junior staff
- Work collaboratively with architectural, technical, and consultancy teams
- Represent the practice in high-level meetings and strategic planning
- RIBA, ARB, CIOB, APM or similar professional accreditation (preferred)
- Proven experience delivering complex healthcare and/or commercial projects
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Background in architecture, construction, or related fields
- A proactive and hands-on approach to project management
