Our client is a financially secure and fast-growing Principal Contractor, currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to deliver a £750k electrical upgrade package within a live data centre environment.

With a projected turnover of £75m in 2025 (up from £65m in 2024), they are known for their high staff retention, strong client relationships, and clear progression opportunities.

Please note: This role will involve part-time night shift work, which will be compensated at time and a half.

The Role

• Division: Small Works Division
• Project Value: £750k (additional packages in negotiation – potential for 3-year programme)
• Reporting to: Electrical Project Manager

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering electrical packages, ideally in live or critical environments (data centres, healthcare, pharma, etc.)
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, budgets, and quality standards
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience preferred
• Based within a commutable distance to Slough

Salary & Package

• Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + benefits.
• Benefits: £5,000 travel allowance, private medical healthcare, pension, bonus scheme, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, and more
• Contract day/rate expectations: The position is also available on a contract basis, with a negotiable day rate depending on experience.
