Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Guaranteed Bonus, Travel Expenses, Private Healthcare, and More

What’s on offer:

• Lead role on a £5m residential project in Central London, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction through to final accounts
• Direct reporting line to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
• Close collaboration with main contractors, many of whom have longstanding partnerships with the business
• A proven track record of career progression and structured development plans

Package includes:

• Basic salary of £70,000 – £80,000
