Central London
A medium-sized MEP Contractor thriving under new leadership has entered into several new sectors amidst its ambitious growth plans. As such, they require an MEP Quality Assurance Manager to lead oversee quality systems and processes for its Building Services Business Unit across London and the South-East of England.
Projects are valued at up to £30m in Building Services and you will be split between the Central London office and sites.

Some of your duties will include:
- Establish Quality Standards: Create and document quality control (QC) procedures, guidelines, and inspection criteria specific to the construction project.
- Prepare Quality Assurance Plans: Outline the methods and processes for monitoring and maintaining quality throughout the project's life cycle.
- Compliance with Codes & Standards: Ensure that the project meets all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and specifications. This includes checking materials, workmanship, and construction practices.
- Testing and Validation: Coordinate and supervise material testing (e.g., soil, concrete, steel) and in-process inspections (e.g., weld inspections, concrete pours).
- Identify Deficiencies: Identify quality issues early and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Quality Records: Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, non-conformances, test results, and corrective actions.
- Quality Audits: Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure that processes and work are being carried out according to the defined quality plans.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance, risks, and compliance for stakeholders (e.g., project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies).
