A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Package Manager to join a major data centre project in West London on a contract basis. This is a high-profile, technically complex scheme requiring strong mechanical and electrical coordination and delivery expertise.

A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Package Manager to join a major data centre project in West London on a contract basis. This is a high-profile, technically complex scheme requiring strong mechanical and electrical coordination and delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MEP subcontractor packages, including procurement, design development, installation, and commissioning
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical services with architectural, structural, and CSA elements
- Monitor programme, cost, quality, and risk across MEP works
- Review and manage technical submissions, RFIs, and design information
- Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and relevant standards
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes
- Drive health & safety, quality assurance, and site compliance
- Report progress and issues to the Project Director and wider delivery team
- Proven experience as an MEP Package Manager on large-scale projects, ideally data centres, life sciences, or other mission-critical environments
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services
- Experience working for, or alongside, Tier 1 Main Contractors
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple work packages in a fast-paced environment
- SMSTS and relevant industry qualifications preferred
