We are working exclusively with a long-established and highly respected Tier 2 MEP contractor known for delivering technically complex and high-quality building services solutions across London and the Southeast.

With over six decades of experience in the industry, this business has built a reputation for excellence across key sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Residential. They’re continuing to grow steadily with a robust pipeline of secured projects into 2026, and as such, are looking to bring in a capable and driven Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team.

🔧 The Role You’ll take full ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, and in-house teams, you'll ensure smooth project delivery, on-time completion, and commercial efficiency.The role is site and office based – split between their Dartford head office and project locations, most of which are in SE London, Kent, or within the M25 corridor.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical installations on projects valued between £1M–£6M
• Managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and labour
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Overseeing financial performance, reporting, and commercial risk

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within the M&E contracting space
• Background delivering projects across the Commercial, Residential, Education or Healthcare sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential due to multiple site locations)
• Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications
