Quantity Surveyor
Tier 1 MEP Contractor
Berkshire

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile strategic project. This is a permanent role offering long-term opportunities to work on major UK infrastructure project in Berkshire.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Administering and managing subcontractor accounts.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial delivery.
  • Handling multiple subcontract packages valued between £10k and £500k.
  • Supporting both live projects in the commissioning phase and new work entering preconstruction.
  • Working closely within a supportive team structure that includes Senior QSs, an Assistant QS, and specialist MEP colleagues.

What we’re looking for:
  • Background in construction, fit-out, or similar (MEP experience not essential).
  • Proven experience managing subcontractor accounts of varying sizes.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
