Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects in the residential sector.
This role will see you working on a diverse range of fire-related surveying services, including assessments, cladding, inspections, and compliance works across residential portfolios. You’ll be part of a team committed to ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose, while supporting clients with expert advice and technical guidance.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out building surveys with a strong focus on fire safety and compliance.
- Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for residential properties.
- Advising clients on remedial works, regulatory requirements, and project solutions.
- Supporting wider project teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
- A qualified Building Surveyor (MRICS or working towards chartership is advantageous).
- Previous experience within the residential sector, ideally with exposure to fire-related surveying.
- Fire safety accreditation (or working towards one) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Full UK driver’s licence
- Competitive salary £45,000 - £70,000 per annum
