We are working in partnership with a well-established, Tier 1 M&E contractor that delivers major residential and mixed-use projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, public health) on residential and commercial developments
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review technical drawings and ensure installation aligns with project specifications and industry standards
• Attend progress and coordination meetings
• Support project delivery from early stages through to commissioning
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on-site

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a Mechanical Engineer role within the M&E/building services sector
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and building services design/installation
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications confidently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)
