Document Controller & Site Administrator
📍 Location: Shepherds Bush

Are you an experienced Document Controller with a strong administrative background in the construction sector? We’re working with a leading building services contractor seeking a motivated and organised professional to join their growing team across various London-based projects.
This is a key role supporting both the Project Manager and Operations Director, where you’ll be the central point for document management, office coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong team ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain document control systems, including uploading technical drawings, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning certificates.
- Monitor, track, QA check, and distribute documents through client platforms (e.g.,Viewpoint, Asite, SharePoint).
- Maintain and update project filing systems in line with company protocols.
- Establish and manage trackers for project documentation and progress reporting.
- Support site administration: ordering stationery, PPE, handling correspondence, and booking deliveries.
- Compile reports for monthly client updates and assist with Health & Safety packs.
- Manage team training/competency matrix and arrange training as required.
- 2–3 years’ document control experience on construction sites.
- Strong working knowledge of electronic document control systems (Viewpoint, Asite, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
