Are you a recent graduate or an intermediate-level Building Surveyor ready to kick-start or grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy?
My client is looking for a driven individual to a vibrant building surveying team in the heart of London. You will deliver high end residential and commercial projects across the capital working on an impressive client portfolio.
You will be joining a collaborative and supportive environment, the guys are a social bunch and regularly attend pay day drinks out, restaurants and various networking events. APC training and mentorship is high on the list of priorities, a transparent training and development programme will be offered.

- As a Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you’ll be hands-on in delivering a wide range of surveying services, including:
- Project management and contract administration (up to £3.5m+)
- Design, specification, and oversight of maintenance works
- Surveys: condition, pre-acquisition, reinstatement cost, and planned maintenance
- Party Wall matters, Licence for Alterations, Insurance reinstatements
- Working with an exciting client list in Central London
- RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- Strong MS Office skills – especially Word and Excel
- Basic construction and building services knowledge
- Strong communication, literacy, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar
- Industry placement or work experience
- A clean driving licence
- London-based or within a 1-hour commute
