Rate: £400 Per Day (Indicative Inside IR35)
Location: Birmingham
End Date: Mid September 2025

People Group is looking to recruit an Environmental Specialist from a Network Rail background to work for a Leading Rail Consultancy.

People Group is looking to recruit an Environmental Specialist from a Network Rail background to work for a Leading Rail Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Role shall be for environmental advisors/managers to provide technical support and advice to the project delivery teams supporting the development and delivery projects on-site.
- E-advisors shall be required to identify risk and develop the systems appropriate to manage environmental risk.
- The Network Rail (NR) HS2 Technical assurance projects supported are compliant with the HS2 environmental minimum requirements (EMRs),
- Meet Network Rail environmental standards and; Ensure the required GRIP stage deliverables are met.
- Degree in an environmental discipline and professional membership of an environmental institution such as IEMA
- Experience of working on Rail Delivery projects
- Must have either contractor or client side experience within the rail sector
