Electrical Project Manager
MEP Contracting (Building Services)
Cambridgeshire
One of the UK’s leading, Tier One MEP Contractors requires an Electrical Project Manager to deliver a complex package on a major pharmaceutical scheme in Cambridgeshire.
Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll be responsible for the full electrical team and various sub-contractors. Currently in early design, you will lead the pre-construction and planning process before arriving on site in 2025.

Duties include:
- Planning the development of the project and be responsible for any engineering issues.
- Prepare reports for; capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take off’s and out to tender schedules.
- Delegation of works to the electrical engineering and construction team.
- Leading progress report meetings with the board and client.
- Use the request for information system to communicate queries with the design team.
- Preparing risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensure quality control is up to date through inspections and snagging.
- Be able to communicate with clients professionally.
