Electrical Project Manager
MEP Contractor | Building Services | Central London
Permanent Position
A well-established, medium-sized MEP contractor—currently undergoing significant growth under new leadership—is expanding into sectors such as healthcare and commercial. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a £28M M&E Education project in Central London. The role will see you involved from pre-construction through to completion.

As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a £28M M&E Education project in Central London. The role will see you involved from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical installation from project start to handover
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Work closely with the design and site teams to ensure delivery aligns with specifications
- Oversee subcontractors and coordinate procurement schedules
- Ensure all electrical systems meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement changes
About You:
- Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E contracting
- Previous involvement in hospital, life science, or large commercial projects is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confident in managing programmes, budgets, and risk across the full project lifecycle
