A market leader in the Building Services market has experienced huge success in recent months in the securing of various new Commercial & Technology projects across London and the Home Counties, and as such requires an Electrical Construction Manager to help with the delivery of a major Data Centre project in Cambridgeshire.

You will be joining an ongoing data centre project and enjoy excellent employment benefits – Annual Leave, pension, bonuses are all comfortably above the market average.
 
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors and Supervisors
• Health & Safety responsibility for all electrical works
• Compiling weekly progress reports for senior managements
• Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time
• Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
• Co-ordinate plant and materials
