What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will:
- Deliver a wide range of professional services including contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, and party wall advice.
- Take the lead on client relationships, working with blue-chip clients across commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, and public sectors.
- Be a key player in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Contribute to mentoring junior team members and driving business development initiatives.
- MRICS qualified with a strong background in both professional and project-led work.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage workload independently and deliver results.
- A proactive mindset and desire to work on varied and meaningful projects.
