Building Surveyor – London | Up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

£45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and measured surveys
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
- Contract administration and project management for refurbishment and improvement projects
- Providing professional advice on building pathology, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle planning
- Supporting clients through planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases
- Working within frameworks for housing associations, local authorities, and education providers
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- MRICS or working towards chartership (support provided)
- Proven experience in residential or public sector property portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations and construction methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Competitive salary up to £55,000
