The BIM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery across all stages of the construction lifecycle, working closely with various stakeholders in the supply chain and aiding the Information Manager.

The BIM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery across all stages of the construction lifecycle, working closely with various stakeholders in the supply chain and aiding the Information Manager.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of BIM documentation, workflows, and protocols across diverse clients and project types.
- Utilising Revit for creating and managing digital models.
- Performing clash detection and data validation using Solibri or Navisworks.
- Managing COBie data exports and federations for construction projects.
- Conducting model audits in line with ISO 19650 requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation and editing of ISO 19650 project documentation alongside the Information Manager.
- Leading and participating in coordination and audit meetings.
- The ideal candidate for this BIM Coordinator position is someone who brings enthusiasm for Building Information Modelling and digital construction methods. They thrive in collaborative environments, show a genuine curiosity for continuous learning, and maintain a strong interest in the construction sector.
- Candidates will typically have a background in architecture, engineering, or construction and possess a clear understanding of the transformative impact BIM is having across the industry.
- Applicants should bring a minimum of two years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or junior BIM management role. Proficiency in key software platforms such as Revit, Solibri or Navisworks, and Microsoft Office is essential.
