Job description
Please note this is an interim position for circa 6 weeks to start next week ideally whilst the business is recruiting a new resource. For the successful candidate, there is a potential to convert to a permanent position.
Working hours can be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, full time based on site

- Stationery/PPE/Consumables/Signage orders (as and when)
- Organise internal/external training for team roles and coordinators
- Manage internal filing system
- Attend monthly PDP meetings, note actions and help update the document
- Update office noticeboards as and when required
- Assist team with any IT issues
- Ensure profiles are up to date on the internal portal
- Set up new starters with equipment and do a brief introduction with them
- Organise team events
- Ensure project directory is up to date, and update the team once a month
- Reporting (internal project review, client meeting, MP project review)
- Team meeting slides
- Organise breakfast for monthly meetings as and when required
- Complete project directors and commercial leads expenses, timecards and travel allowance monthly
- Co ordinate with other office managers in the building with any issues/visitors etc.
- Manage office printer/consumables
- Manage and maintain site rota’s/trackers
- Accommodate client meetings
- Set up meetings for the team internally/externally
- IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
