Job description

Please note this is an interim position for circa 6 weeks to start next week ideally whilst the business is recruiting a new resource. For the successful candidate, there is a potential to convert to a permanent position. 

Working hours can be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, full time based on site 


  • Stationery/PPE/Consumables/Signage orders (as and when)
  • Organise internal/external training for team roles and coordinators
  • Manage internal filing system
  • Attend monthly PDP meetings, note actions and help update the document
  • Update office noticeboards as and when required
  • Assist team with any IT issues
  • Ensure profiles are up to date on the internal portal
  • Set up new starters with equipment and do a brief introduction with them
  • Organise team events
  • Ensure project directory is up to date, and update the team once a month
  • Reporting (internal project review, client meeting, MP project review)
  • Team meeting slides
  • Organise breakfast for monthly meetings as and when required
  • Complete project directors and commercial leads expenses, timecards and travel allowance monthly
  • Co ordinate with other office managers in the building with any issues/visitors etc.
  • Manage office printer/consumables
  • Manage and maintain site rota’s/trackers
  • Accommodate client meetings
  • Set up meetings for the team internally/externally
  • IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
