A globally recognised construction and consultancy firm, known for delivering some of the most complex and high-profile projects across the healthcare, residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager.
The role is based on a major education and research project in Berkshire, with completion scheduled for 2027. The successful candidate will be expected to start in September.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Mechanical package within a collaborative project team environment
- Manage and resolve MEP design issues using technical expertise and internal processes
- Coordinate subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee the interface and integration between MEP packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders, including the client and design/construction teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Support the project’s commitment to net zero carbon goals by actively managing associated emissions and reductions
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: £70,000-£75,000
- Car Allowance: £6,000

Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Construction management
- Experience managing packages from pre-construction through to handover
- Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools, critical path management, and key release milestones
- Solid understanding of health & safety (e.g. working at height, fire safety, lifting, logistics)
- Proficient in quality assurance and system commissioning, including Cause & Effect, BMS, and IST
- Relevant qualifications: BTEC/HNC (or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification
